2012 Market Season
The seventh season for the Naramata Community Market opens at Wharf Park on Wednesday, June 6.
Until mid-September, Wednesdays from 3:30 to 6:30 PM is the time to see your neighbours, buy some fresh goodies to take home and enjoy some time at the park. Darren and Lisa Rettie return as market managers this year.
Darren says they’ll have some special things going on at the inaugural 2012 market day…come on by and win some market bucks or other prizes.
And, two popular events will return to the market this year.
The Great Cherry Pit Spit will be scheduled when the cherries are ready and there will be the zucchini race later in the season.
